Microbial functional diversity in rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil of different dominant species in a vegetation concrete slope

چکیده

To investigate the effects of different dominant species on microbial functional diversity vegetation concrete substrates, rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soils three (Pennisetum alopecuroides (PA), Arthraxon hispidus (AH) Pueraria lobata (PL)) were studied using Biolog-Eco method at Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station. The results showed that activity indices in soil plants significantly higher than those AH, as well PL, a high level. carbon sources predominantly used by microbes carbohydrates, amino acids polymers, while carboxylic acids, polymers. governing elements source metabolic features community moisture content (WC), organic matter (OM), total nitrogen (TN), potential hydrogen (pH), (MBC), (MBN) phosphorus (MBP). Based thorough examination these aspects, it was concluded had altered structure substrate, perhaps improving overall activity. A. with adaptability should be prioritized regeneration slopes.

Different responses of rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil microbial communities to consecutive Piper nigrum L. monoculture

Soil microorganisms have important influences on plant growth and health. In this study, four black pepper fields consecutively monocultured for 12, 18, 28 and 38 years were selected for investigating the effect of planting age on rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil microbial communities and soil physicochemical properties. The results revealed that the relative abundance of the dominant bacte...

Functional Potential of Soil Microbial Communities in the Maize Rhizosphere

Microbial communities in the rhizosphere make significant contributions to crop health and nutrient cycling. However, their ability to perform important biogeochemical processes remains uncharacterized. Here, we identified important functional genes that characterize the rhizosphere microbial community to understand metabolic capabilities in the maize rhizosphere using the GeoChip-based functio...

Microbial community diversity analysis of Panax ginseng rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil using randomly amplified polymorphic DNA method

DNA sequence diversities of soil microbial communities in rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere of 1 6 years Panax ginseng were evaluated by random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD). Total genomic DNA of soil samples were amplified by twenty-four out of two hundred random primers. The products were separated in agarose gel, and 359 and 181 reliable fragments were generated, of which, 324 and 123 were ...

Cultivation Effect of Chitinase-Transgenic Cotton on Functional Bacteria and Fungi in Rhizosphere and Bulk Soil

Background: In consideration for the increasing widespread use of genetically modified (GM) crops, one of the important issues for assessment is the effect of GM crops on soil microbial communities Objectives: In this study, T2 chitinase-transgenic cotton (line #57) and its non-transgenic line were investigated for bacterial and fungal dynamics...

Rhizosphere Microbial Communication in Soil Nutrient Acquisition

Most of the upper layer of the earth’s terrestrial crust is or has been influenced by plant roots, so most soil is actually rhizosphere soil at one time or another. Through their physical, chemical, and biological interactions with the soil, roots play a major role in soil formation (Jenny, 1941) and soil function (Wardle et al., 2004). Microbes factor prominently in global nutrient and energy ...
